Ive been using osmc on my pi2 for a while and have upgraded to a pi3 but cannot get the cec to work with my samsung tv Ive tried numerous hdmi cables which all work fine with my pi2 but cannot get this to work with my pi3 any help would be welcome.

Try unplugging the TV and Pi from the wall, let sit 5 minuted then replug TV and then Pi after TV is started and switched to correct input
