Clearsigned file isn't valid, got 'NOSPLIT' (does the network require authentication?)

Hi,

Apt-get update NOSPLIT Error / Cannot Install May Update

Went to watch some TV this afternoon, and was greeted with OSMC saying it couldn’t update itself. Forced an update, and then it errored out with a “unknown plugin” error. Decided to check to see if the apt repo was throwing an error for some reason, and sure enough it was: osmc@osmc:~$ sudo apt-get update Get:1 http://security.debian.org stretch/updates InRelease [43 B] Err:1 http://security.debian.org stretch/updates InRelease Clearsigned file isn’t valid, got ‘NOSPLIT’ (does the network …

I would leave it a few hours and try again, could be an issue with the local repo mirror.
