Convert YouTube HDR for the vero4k

Whats the Youtube ID of an example to test?
Also have you checked mediainfo of the downloaded file?

Hi

My android Tv couldn’t play Youtube in HDR. I read that is a android mediatek problem but I was thinking maybe Vero 4k can play VP9 profile 2 codec based files properly with HDR but no:(
Evertything plays ok but TV doesn’t recognize that is HDR source and coluors are washed up.

You need vp9.2 not vp9

Yes. I know:)
According to Philips my POS 9002 supports VP9.2

I downloaded version 337 from Youtube - it ist VP9.2 HDR
Best regards

This one is available in HDR VP9.2:
tO01J-M3g0U

It states vp9 and not vp9.2 in the mediainfo though

When you look on youtube there is quite alot stated as HDR with vp9 instead of vp9.2 that’s why…

Can someone look up the metadata for the following video? I can play codec 337 (VP9.2 @ 4K) through chrome.

Just to confirm, the Vero 4K+ supports VP9.2?
