Try these commands in ssh-session:
sudo mkdir /usr/share/man/man1
sudo apt --fix-broken install
That should fix it for you.
It a consequence of OSMC’s “fit into a small SD card”, that DEV’s along time a go chose to remove the man pages in OSMC. It has been discussed lately but nothing has yet been decided.
