I have a second Vero and I have tried swapping them around.
I managed to load the latest OSMC via a USB stick.
It appeared to work ok on the failed Vero but on a later cold boot I had a blank screen.
I am begining to suspect the power supply.
Incidentally the second Vero updated with no problems at all.
