Anyone knows what this means?

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 mono-complete : Depends: mono-devel (= 4.0.4.1-0xamarin1) but it is not going to be installed
                 Depends: mono-4.0-service (= 4.0.4.1-0xamarin1) but it is not going to be installed
                 Depends: libmono-cil-dev (= 4.0.4.1-0xamarin1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

There is a “official” build for the raspberry pi since yesterday. I haven’t tested it but looks promising: Raspberry Pi - Linux - Emby Community

Thanks for the tip.

Just to let you all know, I just got Emby Server up and running on my RPI2.
Used mono 3.2.8. Still have some errors, but did manage to get into web-setup.
