Linux thicko, need help getting addon cookie data via putty

addon the data in the addons cookie file on my Very 4K+ to help him diagnose a problem with the addon.
How do I access this data via putty?

The addon data is in the subfolder /home/osmc/.kodi/addon/ search there for the iplayer folder
