Next weired thing: i deinstalled tv headend client plugin through settings - addons menue. At least i selected deinstall… then restarted the pi. Tv was still working, client is still installed and it works now… wtf…
And bam… all problems back. I dont get it…

@Watercastle: dont think so, on my pi i have the tv headend server and client plugin. I watch over the tv headend client in osmc. There i have the lags and problems. On my pc i am using a htsp plugin for vlc to watch tv. There i have no problems. So I think no tv network or LAN problems.
Could it be network issues?
