Did you try enabling the keymap that was tweaked for the Blu-ray menu’s?

Blu Ray menus

Go to settings>player>videos>allow hardware acceleration> and click to disable it. Some titles don’t play correct or crash with hardware acceleration. You will want to turn that back on after your done watching your BD-J. Additionally you may want to settings>system>input>peripherals>osmc rf remote> and change “osmc” to “osmc-br” and then click OK and restart Kodi to load the updated keymap.
