That’s not the case. Old Vero 4K was removed together with its RF receiver and remote, and the new one is installed. Otherwise I would need to pair the new remote with the old receiver, and before Sam’s message today I even was not aware of how to do it.
The old receiver was never plugged into the new Vero.
However it happened it does seem that you are using the current remote with the previous generations dongle which explains the issue you are having. You can just keep using it with that added file and it operate the same as if you had a proper matched set. Because we added that as a separate file you shouldn’t have problems with any updates breaking the fix, but you will have to add it again if you do a complete reinstall of the OS.
