Problems with Gigabit Ethernet on Vero 4K +

Has anybody who had a faulty unit returned and received a replacement yet ?
If so did the replacement work as expected ??

I didn’t hear any news on my RMA that was delivered back to Sam on Weds 3rd, so I pinged him a message on Friday 5th.
He said that they were still testing units to ensure they are working correctly before being sent out.
(Does this mean that no items have been shipped in this period even to first time buyers ?? Hmmmm)

This info may help others who have returned their items and not heard anything, it is a little bit worrying to return a piece of hardware and not receive even so much as an acknowledgment the store have it back !!!

I replaced @Nightcustard and @pickle_supreme’s devices so far.

I also acknowledged that we had received your return and would process a replacement on Monday.

That’s correct. We suspended shipping for a brief period.

We’ve now checked all of the devices we’ve received and contacted customers. There were a couple of situations where we couldn’t find an issue; so we’ve contacted the customer for more information.

The good news is that the faulty units we received were confirmed as faulty by our test suite. This means they would not have shipped if they were in line for dispatch now.
