Got round to purchasing some brand new batteries today. Can’t get the remote in question to pair with the dongle, so suspect a bad dongle?
What do you see when you try to pair it?
I remove the dongle, hold ok and home until remote led is solid blue, re insert dongle, nothing happens, light stays lit.
This issue is now sorted thanks to the excellent support provided.
