I tried plugging the power supply to a different wall outlet, ths issue persists. It must be a faulty unit
Try another wallwart. Sam sent me one as a replacememt for mine, but the replacement was just as bad. Luckily do I have a whole box of various wallwarts in the basement (from discarded equiment). Now using one that originally powered a Cisco uint.
I have the same problem, my Vero 4k PSU is cluttering LW and MW bands, up to 80m Ham Band (3.5 Mhz) with massive noise. I tried adding a ferrite choke and it mitigated it a bit, but it’s still really bad.
Was a replacement PSU sent which actually helped the issue?
Nope, the PSU was identical and with identical interference. I used a old PSU from a Cisco unit instead.
Do you have your order #? I’d like to know roughly when we shipped your order
Sam
Order #8369
This showed up in my feed today. Thought it was amusing. I did actually tear down the original adapter and it was not as bad as this specimen:

I think it would take a lot of effort for it to be that bad…
