Now the sounds of the OSMC skin are the ones that come by default with Kodi (confluence).
This is a change in design in Kodi starting with Jarvis, not something the OSMC devs have done.
By default all skins use the confluence sounds and skins that use custom sounds are expected to bundle their sounds in a separate skin sounds addon, which can be selected by the user in settings.
Many skins have not been updated to adhere to this new expectation yet.
