You can send the device back if you keep having the sparkles.

I would see if some pressure lightly on the cable changes the appearance of the sparkles

It does. But when I let go, sparkles return.

This usually indicates that the cable isn’t making a good connection with the device

I would suggest trying with another cable

already tried 3. the other veros work well with the 3 hdmi cables.
