Installed the new kernel, no change.
Did a fresh installation of 2018.08-1 and kernel update, no change.
My TV setting is 4:4:4 / 4:2:2, is it possible that my Vero has a hardware defect?
With the new kernel, I also have the issue, that no audio format is available in the passthrough section.
Make sure expert settings is enabled and take a photo if no joy.
I think it’s unlikely to be a hardware issue. I think the device would have other issues if this was the case. Some fresh logs may give some clues.

in the meantime I have bought new HDMI Premium Cables 1m 2.0b and connected the Vero direct to the HDR Port on my TV, no changes. the picture is still noisy with artefacts. Fresh logs are here: https://paste.osmc.tv/ixopadehik

P.S. The audio section is fully visible, sorry my mistake (expert view).
Settings->Player->Adjust refresh rate should be ‘On start/stop’ or ‘Always’
It is set to start / stop. After hours of adjusting the picture settings on my tv, it looks better and better. I will work on and wait for kodi 18. Thank you guys.
