Is OSMC using DNSMASQ? I’ve been working through some issues with Tomato router software which relies on the latest version quite heavily, and been seeing a lot of buggy-ness with it. Just wanted to highlight it here incase you wanted to create a special DNSMASQ test case.
No – OSMC doesn’t use any dns proxying at all by default

I’ll try another build and include it and see if it compiles. Last time I checked ( a few weeks ago) it failed to compile.

Have you tried stopping Kodi, renaming .kodi to .kodi.old and restarting again?
If you still have issues please post debug logs.
Went back to 17.8-069 (as 17.8-070 was not available (??)) and it’s all fine.
Will it help you if I go back to 17.8-071 or it doesn’t really matter?

Probably best to wait for a new build and see if you still have issues. Its been a few days since the last build as I’m having issues with inputstream. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
