I’m not sure how to get more detailed logs. The one I posted was from the Kodi.log under /home/osmc/.kodi/temp/.

If the issue persists after that, then full logs will be useful.
Has this been resolved? I have been struggling with this problem for months - latest version of OSMC (2019.11-1).
There was a patch to lessen the chances of it happening, but it does still happen for some. If it is frequent for you then there may be something particular with some add-on or some way your interacting with your system that may be making it more likely to occur for you. I forget the exact details but I think it had something to do with the skin reloading while the screensaver was active which for some reason was sometimes making the screensaver wake up command not work.
Mine would reliably get stuck as soon as the 3 minutes of inactivity have passed. I ended up switching off the screensaver altogether - we never leave the Kodi switched on for long periods of time and the TV screensaver kicks in after a while.
