3d iso support

Hi. I’ve looked around but can’t find anything definitive. Are 3d Isos now supported by the vero 4k+ aside from a few that have macro blocking. Does this include menus and do the ripped discs need to be decrypted?

Sorry if this has been asked before but alot of info I can find is several years old

Hi

3D ISO is supported.

I recommend you decrypt the discs but if you copy the AACS keys over it will be fine

Where do I put the keys once I’ve downloaded them and if I need to use a command prompt how do I do this? Sorry I’m new to the vero 4k+. I decrypted mad max but when I try to load it with the menu it says it’s a 3d blu ray that needs a 3d device to play. Is it possible to get past that? The main movie plays fine, I’m just trying to get to the menu and I have the java bit installed.

Thanks

If you can play the title then the keys aren’t an issue.

I suspect you may just be playing a clip that says you need a 3D player or there is some check that is done in the menus that doesn’t pass.

Can you clarify the issue? Have you tried playing the title and does it play in 3D?

BD-J menus are still experimental. As Vero 4K is end of life it won’t get any further support / updates

I’m clicking play blu ray menu but perhaps it’s just getting stuck for some reason. If I click the title on simplified menu then it plays and can play in 3d but I have to click the 3d option on the on screen overlay. Is there a way it can just automatically pick up it’s 3d without me doing this? It’s not a problem if not but the movie will start in 2d and that goes for all of my 3d Isos.

My understanding is that you need to manually activate 3D.
