Hi - I’m trying to play some m2ts clips, which are in SBS format. When they display on the proj, they’re not correctly merged, ie still partially SBS (although in 3D).
Works fine from my UB820, & have tried setting SBS Stereoscopic option in Kodi. Are there any other settings needed, either in Vero / Kodi? I’ll try & get a log later,

Have MediaInfo for one of the clips? Or, better yet, a sample?

Easy solve… tested your sample after simply renaming it 3d-disney-3d-global-sizzle-2012.3D.SBS.m2ts and that did it.
I also dropped it into MKVMerge and did this, and resulting file also works:
But, not necessary as simple remaining works.

Is that the option I need to choose, as it’s slightly different to yours?
That first one is the one. Most 3D titles are left eye first. Only a few are right first. Did you try just renaming first by adding .3D.SBS?
Hi - yes, renaming works fine, was just curious as to what option to use if doing a mod in the app.
