If the projector doesn’t support HDR, then this would explain the issue.

I’m pretty darn sure the LS10000 doesn’t support HDR at all. The LS10500 does.

It is an sdr projector, im using lumagen pro for video processing

So the answer must lie in the settings of your lumagen. It should be taking in an HDR signal and outputting the best it can in 4kHD.
