I use my 4k+ almost daily and would like to upgrade to the Vero V - I see there is an upgrade offer but can not find my order number to save my life - I have extensively searched both my personal and work email addresses with no love.
Any other way to track that down (it is also not attached to this account under orders, i checked there as well)
