4k videos stutter

All of a sudden 4k movies, which have been working fine just about a week ago, are now stuttering (video, not audio).

Here are logs:

Already did, no updates found.

Try updating with:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

And post the output

Did not fix the problem.
