I just installed OSMC for my Pi2, and I noticed only a total of 735MB is used/available, rather than 1GB. May I ask why it does this?
Memory is reserved for graphics.

More specifically the gpu_mem_1024 setting sets the gpu memory for a Pi 2 - default is 256MB.
