I have setup osmc March 2017 on a RPi3. I have transmission torrent enabled and ftp server.
I use kodi to play from a network drive. I can download files with transmission to the sd card and I’m able to retrieve these from a PC by FTP.
Finally I could like to access those files directly from kodi. How can I do that?
On the same machine? Just add them via Videos → Files → Add Videos → Root
You are right… my bad. Somehow I was not seeing the way to go down to root…
