Addon's not installing on Kodi v21.1 after upgrade

Since installing the latest update (Aug 24), my Addon’s haven’t been working. I’m unable to install anything from the official Repo.

Some examples (all included in the Debug file below):

Settings > Addon Browser > Install from repo > Kodi add-on repo (v9.9.13) > Look and Feel:
No “Skin” folder listed.

Settings > Addon Browser > Install from repo > Kodi add-on repo (v9.9.13) > Services:
Install “Common plugin cache (v3.0.0)” = Error “Installation Failed”

Settings > Interface > Skin > Configure Skin (OSMC Skin) > Add-ons
Install “Skin Shortcuts” = Error “Installation Failed”

I noted there was an error in the log relating to: https://download.osmc.tv/kodi/addons/nexus/script.common.plugin.cache/script.common.plugin.cache-3.0.0.zip
I tried a wget for this URL, on the Vero, and it downloaded successfully, so I don’t believe the problem is connectivity related, or server-side.

I’ve tried the “Check for Updates” in the Addon Browser.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Try refresh the add-on repository, then things should work as expected.

Looks like a checksum error when you tried to refresh the repository last; which would mean the add-on repository would not be populated. This is rare and usually only lasts a few minutes at the most.
