After Update Systems hangs, when "wait for network" is activated

After updating kodi on my raspberries the system shows a “unhappy face” and reboots every 2 seconds when I activate “wait for network”. If I deactivate this settings, the systems start normally. Is this a known bug?

/var/log/apt/term.log can’t be empty if you have successfully installed any updates. Please check again.
