I recently purchased a record player which, for aesthetic purposes, will be situated some distance away from my TV which currently has an RPi2 attached to it running OSMC. The audio from my Pi comes through an amp and two large floor standing speakers. The speakers and amp need to be situated next to the record player, too far away from the TV to continue running the audio from the Pi through the speakers with a cable. I was thinking about getting another Pi to attach to the amp which would run ShairPlay, since I would then be able to stream spotify from my iDevices through the speakers.
My problem is I still want the sound from OSMC to come through the amp and speakers, does anyone know if it’s possible to stream the audio from the Pi running OSMC to another Pi running ShairPlay?
