I have this problem also. Just now I find this post.
I make your suggestion to update.
Give some days to test, because not in every reboot happens this, could pass several days without this error.
I keep you posted.
Edit: my hardware is Raspberry Pi 1.Sorry for post here in Vero Subforum but I have this very problem.
