This happened after the maintenance update (i assume it was) this week. Before that, but after last update, the screen was dark, too dark to see, feel like…
After it as back to the normal brightness in the UI, but there seems to be a thin line of garbage at the top, almost as if the bottom part of the picture is duplicated. Shows both in the UI and when watching TV. When watching movies that part is usually black because of the aspect ratio.
I am really sorry that I did not take a picture of it last night, but can do so later today.
I tried adjusting the picture under settings, but that made no difference, ie the screen contents moved, but the odd line at the top remained.
Guess what? I went home and started the TV and the issue was gone! Crap, I should have taken a picture yesterday. This however points to the TV as it was the Samsung that has been off, not the vero. It did not look like interefence though, more like the last ten or so scanlines ending up in the top half of the screen. I will certainly keep a lookout and take pictures/logs if it happens again!
