As above!
You appear to have packages such as bluez-hcidump, which we don’t ship by default in OSMC. You should remove this package.
It seems you have a lot of additional packages.
I should probably add that when the RPI3 came out I tried getting the Bluetooth going myself before I saw the mega thread, so there may be a clash between something I tried installing previously, and what OSMC is trying to install now. If I get time later I may do a clean install from scratch instead…
