Audio moving faster than video

Using a Vero 4k+. I am having trouble with some files where the audio runs faster than the video. The file runs fine on a USB stick directly into the TV so there is an issue with my settings.

The file is 1080p and problems only occur when I have the resolution setting at 4096 x 2160p. It works fine at the 1920 x 1080 setting so I can solve this but I have to change the resolution setting when I switch back to watching a UHD video file.

There must be some setting I have wrong - any ideas?

Let the TV handle the upscaling etc.
The TV will always handle it better anyway.

Are you refering to the resolution setting of the TV or the Vero4k? It is recommended to put the Vero4k to 1920x1080 and let the TV do the upscaling if need as it is better in doing that job.

I have the Vero 4k setting at 4096 x 2160. So it’s better to set the Vero at 1920 x 1080?

And then change it back when watching UHD / 4k files?

Set the Vero 4k to 1920x1080 and set Adjust Refresh Rate to at start/stop
Settings - > Player - > Video - > Adjust display refresh rate

Than as soon as you play a 4k Video the Vero will automatically switch to 4k

Cheers mate - that was very helpful. I’m still learning about this little box.
