I don’t get audio from all channels. The problem is not connected to any specifik codecs. I get AC-3 audio from one channel on not from another. Anyone else encountering this?
If you have configured your audio settings correctly
then you would need to post debug logs that reproduce the issue in order for anyone to assist you in correcting the error.

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:

enable debug logging at settings->system->logging

reboot the OSMC device twice(!)

reproduce the issue

upload the log set (all configs and logs!) either using the
Log Uploadermethod within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or thesshmethod invoking commandgrab-logs -A -
