Backup similar to OpenElec

Hi,

Just moved from OE and to be honest, OSMC’s a bit faster on raspberry so I will stay with it. One of the thing i liked in OE was there own backup utility which backed up kodi plus all other config files. So one easy click to backup and restore. So anyway something similar could be implemented for OSMC

We are already in the process of developing our own backup solution

Until there is an integrated solution you can use the backup addon. I set up a schedule to automatically backup everything once a week (including library, keymaps, etc.).

I just think request that feature, but topic already exist. Good, hope we will see it soon as I love experiment with RPI2 and sometimes things goes wrong. :smiley:
