I’m still dealing with the same issue I’ve tried usb 2 new sd cards still nothing

I would recommend trying the toothpick method which involves renamijng the device to recovery.img. If this fails, you can start a support request and we will get the device back for inspection

I tried toothpick but I keep getting screen tearing on reinstall

Try another display / make sure the cable is connected directly to the TV as a test
