Bluetoooth pairing fails when connecting to phone

I am trying to connect my phone via Bluetooth so that I can send music from my phone to the speakers connected to my Vero 4K+. I went to My OSMC → Networking → Bluetooth, clicked Enable Bluetooth and Start/Stop Discovery. My phone shows up in the devices list. I click on the device name and select Pair With Pin, but then I get a “Pairing failed” error, and nothing appears on my phone. The same happens with Connect Without Pin. Also tested with both Android (Samsung Galaxy) and iPhone, with same results.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help.

You might check this how to if you haven’t:

It looks like there are a couple of things you have to do before you can try and pair your phone.

Try connecting using the command line.

Thanks for the suggestions. Going through the command line worked.
