Boot from Usb drive or SD?

Hi,
I wanted to know if it’s possible to boot OSMC from a SD Card or a USB Drive on the Vero 4k+.
Want to test a few things like flexget and other packages , but without messing around with my current installed system.

In theory - it’s possible. Some of our 4.9 images are produced so that they run off external media for testing.

However this isn’t something we’re keen to do for production use, as updates wouldn’t be trivial.
