Boot loop Raspberry after update

Updated OSMC From 2017-01-1 to last version.
Now its stuck in a sad face loop. Had this issue before updating a few times. I am just a noob user.
I can go back to a working version loading my sd card from pc but thats it.
Help help.
I have a Pi2.
Or should I buy a Vero?

Try mv .kodi .kodi-backup

How do I get a command prompt? It is locked in a loop.

Access via SSH or press ESC while it restarts.

Try deleting addons29.db file in .kodi/userdata/databases
