Broken Package

I made upgrade from terminal to Debian 9
After that i had : sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -f

Unfortunately, you have broken your system by trying to update to Debian 9 (stretch).

Realistically, I think the safest and easiest option is to reinstall OSMC from scratch.

OSMC will probably update to Debian 9 in a month or so.

Before reinstalling, i would like to check one thing more.
I want try to install rbp2-device-osmc locally with dpkg -i , do you have link for wget?
