Buffering problems rpi4 streaming

recently I have buffering problems with internet streams , I looked for solutions and finally I completely reinstalled osmc on my rpi4 but the problems are not over, still buffering problems with internet streams. Nothing has changed about my home configuration very strange.
Live TV with pvr backend works perfectly.
Very annoying and I don’t know what to do
My internet connection is stable and constantly reaches almost 50Mbps
any solutions
am I the only one with this problem?

Without any logs, it’s hard to advise.

To get a better understanding of the problem you are experiencing we need more information from you. The best way to get this information is for you to upload logs that demonstrate your problem. You can learn more about how to submit a useful support request here.

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:

enable debug logging at settings->system->logging
reboot the OSMC device twice(!)
reproduce the issue
upload the log set (all configs and logs!) either using the Log Uploader method within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or the ssh method invoking command grab-logs -A
publish the provided URL from the log set upload, here

I think it is an add-on problem:
plugin.video.vrt.nu
especially in films, series and documentaries
netflix for example is no problem

reproduce:
add-on: plugin.video.vrt.nu
select a movie
and BAM buffering instant or after some seconds…

i’m not sure but the problems started with the last upgrade of Osmc
