Can audio out be configured on both spdif and hdmi?

I would like to configure audio out on both spdif and hdmi. My vero is connected to my tv through hdmi so I can watch movies without having to switch on my receiver. It’s connected to my receiver through spdif so I can listen to music without having to switch on my tv.

Initially I connected the vero to my receiver through hdmi, but standby pass through doesn’t always work on my receiver, so that’s not a good option for me.

Would be very usefull to have output on both connections, otherwise I must always put my receiver on to watch anything on the Vero. And the receiver is only used for movies
