Can not find root filesystem after trying to boot to android

Hi,

I recently put the android image from the downloads page on an SD card and attempted to boot to Android it gave me a fail screen and one of the options was to reboot the system so I did, removed the SD card to check the install, and now when the vero 2 starts it is stopping first and giving me “Could not find root filesystem device /dev/vero-nand/root - if this is a USB install please check the USB drive is connected.” Did I somehow affect my internal storage/install with the SD or selections?

or is there anyway I can reset the vero2? or reinstall OSMC on the internal storage?
