this stick is formated in FAT32 and have 777 rights.
I can read and write to this volume from Windows but is fails when trying to browse it from my smartphone (Android).
Any idea?

I assume you are trying to access via samba?

Might be an issue with how Android mounts the share.
I’m not sure how easy it is to get logs from Android.
Ok than I guess you are impacted by a bug that crashes samba when upper case letters are in the disk label.
