Can't boot from USB

Hello

I would like to create a bootable USB drive for my Raspberry Pi 3, but I didn’t succeed.
First I’ve followed this manual to prepare RPi for USB boot.
Then I’ve downloaded the official OSMC installer, choosed the latest OSMC (2017-10) and prepared my Sandisk Extereme USB 3.0 16GB pendrive for booting. No luck.
Then I’ve downloaded LibreELEC installer, choosed LE latest image. It booted, but stuck on command prompt.
Then I’ve used LE’s installer with OSMC 2017-10 image, but still no boot. After this I’ve tried to prepare my pendrive with rufus-2.17, still no luck.
With this pendrive I was able to boot Raspbian, but I forgot how I made it 2 months ago.

Could anyone help to make USB boot work?

Thank you in advance!

Use osmc installer, write image to sdcard with USB option selected, boot pi with sdcard and USB connected to pi.
