Found it – I see the issue now. You wanted us to cross-ship a new product so you were not inconvenienced and without any unit at all. Will sort this out now.

(And since this is a public thread, and you mentioned the issue, I should state that I understand that’s not your current policy due to past problems with customers not returning defective devices, but I’ve offered to pay of the new unit up front, with an expectation of credit when the old one is received by you.)

I’ve replied now. Because the subject of the thread was ‘How’s the new Vero 4K?’ (one of our automatic tickets); it was in a lower priority queue. I usually deal with those separately to other tickets.
