Hello everybody,
since I want to introduce a UnionFS (MergerFS in my case) to my configuration, the mountpoints as well as the folder structure will change. Is there a solution to sort of rewrite the library paths in such way that a full rescan isn’t necessary and I wouldn’t lose my seen/unseen? From where I’m standing this is the equivalent to moving the entire library, right?
- Would it be sufficient to change the paths is the DB?
- Is there tooling that can assist me in achieving this?
- Is the amount of work needed not worth the hassle so that a fresh installation might be the best course of action?
Appreciate any thoughts on this.
