Well, the text is no longer garbled, but the only information I’m now seeing is the duration and file size. If you look at my original screenshot, it definitely says “DTS-HD MA” within the garbled text - should that still be there?
No, it shouldn’t. Something’s very off with that file and as you can see in the video info dialog, neither video codec and resolution nor audio and video streams are present in the video library properly. Therefore, the skin shouldn’t show any information rather than corrupted information.
So, everything’s the way it should be now from the skin side. Of course, Kodi should read the information from the file properly, but there’s not much I can do about that, I’m afraid.
