CPU Usage all cores 96-100% at idle

I definitely wont reinstall that source.
Please let me know the 2 others that you’re not familiar with, since they are not banned add-ons, I suppose its ok to reveal them.

Umm, you should know that they are, as you added them.

Try the add-ons from those sources one at a time, and see if they cause the problem.

I see.
I’ve had all those add ons for months already without any problem.
It’s just that these past few weeks when I add more and more movies on my database daily that
kodi has began to slow down and restarts frequently.
Do you think these add-ons still caused the problem?

They are gone now, and you aren’t having the problem, so I’d say that it’s most likely that one of them is the problem.

Don’t add any of them, and test for a few days. If everything is OK, add them back one at a time and test for a few days. That should help you figure out the culprit.

Thank you. Yes they’re gone but the space of Vero has been eaten up somewhat.
Only 1.5GB left.
Please tell me how I can make a factory reset and I’ll just start from scratch. I will just test run every add on that I install.

Well in your situation this should be good enough
systemctl stop mediacenter
rm -R ~/.kodi
rm -R ~/kodi.bak
systemctl start mediacenter

If you want a total start from scratch

Thank you all for the help.
I did a clean install and everything’s working perfectly.
Just a little request,
Can you please teach me the command line to make a backup of kodi and
have it copied to one of my hard drives?
I don’t want it internally in order to save space.
Please guide me on the command to backup kodi, copy the backup file to another drive and
lastly, the command to restore it if necessary.
Again, thanks for the help.

Backup and restore to and from remote storage location can be accomplished in the myosmc add-on.
