Whenever there is a power failure or power disconnect for any reason my Vero V either keeps crashing with sad face or starts freezing.
I assume the power failure corrupts the system data.
This does not happen on my Vero 4k.
Sometimes I can disconnect the power and get it to reboot, but it only stays working for a minuit or so.
Then the only thing I can do is to reload the system using osmc-installer and restore a backup, which is annoying and very time consuming. Is there a way to just restore the system files without wiping the vero?
The filesystem implementation is the same on both devices, so the effect of power loss will be the same.
There is a filesystem integrity check which is run on boot to repair problematic filesystem
