Curious no audio issue

I have a Vero 4K and a Vero V, but 3 seasons of a show I have, have no audio on the 4k, but DO on the V.
All other media files seem fine (i only spot checked 3 or 4).

Sample from one of the files:

The main difference on the 4K is there no receiver, just a soundbar and satellite speakers but when i moved the 4k upstairs I changed the audio to 5.1 and everything else has worked so far.

Should I remove some of the compatible audio codecs like dts etc?

Logs from the 4K would probably be insightful here. My first guess would be that perhaps your soundbar doesn’t support 6 channel PCM input which may explain what your experiencing. If this is the case your best configuration option may be to change channels to 2, enable passthrough for AC3 and enable the transcoding option for that.
